These terms and conditions are the only terms and conditions on which Shining Glass Replacement has agreed to supply goods and/or services to the Customer and no modification or alteration of these terms and conditions will be valid unless signed by a duly authorised representative of each party.

1. Services: Shining Glass Replacement agrees to supply the Customer with goods and/or services in accordance with the description of those goods and/or services agreed between them as set out in a separate written agreement or quotation.

2. Prices: The prices for the goods and/or services supplied by Shining Glass Replacement will be as stated on the relevant invoice, purchase order or agreement signed by both parties. Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of GST which will be charged at the prevailing rate.

3. Payment: The Customer must pay any invoices issued by Shining Glass Replacement within 30 days of its date. If payment is not received within this period, Shining Glass Replacement reserves the right to charge interest at 8% per annum on the unpaid balance from the due date until payment is made.

4. Cancellation: The Customer may only cancel an order or quotation for goods and/or services if agreed to in writing by Shining Glass Replacement. If a cancellation is accepted, Shining Glass Replacement reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for any costs incurred up until that time.

5. Lifetime Warranty on Repairs

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of the repair services we provide. This means that if any problem arises due to our workmanship, we will repair it free of charge. However, this guarantee does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect. Please note that you need to keep your original receipt as proof of purchase in order to be eligible for the lifetime warranty.

6. Manufacturer’s Warranty

In addition, most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty which is usually 2 years or more. If there is an issue with the product within this period then please contact us immediately as we may be able to arrange a repair or replacement with the manufacturer depending on the situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shining Glass Replacement provides goods and/or services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from any delay in providing the goods and/or services or failure to perform our obligations under this agreement.

8. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it throughout all stages of our relationship with you. All personal information provided by you will be stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Reliance on Information Provided

The Customer agrees that they have relied on their own skill and judgement in availing of the goods and/or services from Shining Glass Replacement. We provide general information on our website and other materials but this is not intended as advice and should not be relied upon.

10. Changes to Terms

Shining Glass Replacement reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they are familiar with these terms at all times.
